Our policy lasts 14 days from when your order was either placed or delivered. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If your order has NOT yet been shipped out and you have changed your mind, your order (or particular items) can be cancelled and refunded excluding a 10% restocking fee.

If you are returning your order for change of mind or you purchased the incorrect size, a refund can be provided excluding a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

Exchanges are usually not possible as most of our stock is made to order and we do not carry spares.


To return your item(s) simple ship them back to PO Box 3013, Rouse Hill NSW

Please include your name and order number (you can contact via email to make us aware of your return prior to sending)

once your return has been receive refund will be processed.
(please note this will EXCLUDE shipping costs)


For faulty items, please send an email, with photos or videos within 14 days of receiving the product, with details of the fault.
